This notice explains what Proven Leadgen does with the details you give us through this site. We have kept it short and plain.

What we collect

When you use the form on our contact page, we receive what you type into it: your first and last name, your work email, your company, your company website, your role and your message. If you write to us directly, we receive your email and whatever it contains. We collect nothing else.

Why we collect it

We use these details for one purpose: to answer your request, for example to prepare and send the buyer map you asked for and to reply to your questions about it. We do not add you to a list, and we do not use your details for anything you did not ask for.

How long we keep it

We keep your details until your request is closed. After that we keep them for up to 12 months, so that we have a record if you get back in touch, and then we delete them.

Who sees it

Your details are not sold, rented or traded. They are seen only by the people at Proven Leadgen who handle your request and by the services we use to run this site and receive messages, which handle them on our behalf.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics. We do not track your visit.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it or delete it. Email sara.shaw@provenleadgen.co, or send a note through the contact form, and we will act on it. If you reply "stop" to anything we send, we will not contact you again.
